News Results to 31.12.2011 12/04/2012 The excellent results of Continental at the end of 2011, allows positioning the Company as a market leader in Credit Insurance and Guarantee. Market share in Credit Insurance is 56%, reaching a 62% in Domestic Credit Insurance and 42% in Export Credit Insurance. Otherwise surety representing a 24% of this market.

Results to 31.12.2010 - CONTINENTAL ONCE AGAIN LEADS THE MARKET IN CREDIT INSURANCE AND GUARANTEES 31/03/2011 Continental earned at December 31, 2010 a profit of US$ 6,882,272 product of a growth of 16% in sales, maintaining the leadership position in Credit Insurance and Guarantee Policy. Market share in Credit Insurance is 57%, reaching a 62% in Domestic Credit Insurance and 47% in Export Credit Insurance. In Guarantee Insurance, market share reaches a 25%. Company Results at 31.12.2009 - 20 YEARS AS MARKET LEADERS 12/05/2010 Continental was one of the 40 companies that received the “Supersales 2010” Prize on 27 April 2010, given by the Universidad Autónoma de Chile and the Diario Financiero (Financial Gazette), in recognition of the outstanding commercial performance during 2009. All the winning companies were recognized for having successfully faced the unstable economic situation of the crisis, which directly influenced the financial results, thereby generating increased employment and being a concrete contribution to the country’s production. Company Results at 31.12.2009 - 20 YEARS AS MARKET LEADERS 21/04/2010 The company grew 6% during 2009, which confirms our situation as market leaders, regarding both credit and guarantee bond insurances. This growth is of more importance, considering that it occurred in the midst of the financial crisis which commenced in 2008 and continued during 2009, as it became necessary to establish balanced risk related measures for support of our clients. The credit insurance market share is 53%, reaching a 58% for Domestic Credit Insurance, 42% for Export Credit Insurance and 29% for Guarantee Bond Insurance. It must be highlighted that Continental, the leading credit insurance company in Chile and the second largest in Latin America, is now 20 years old, coinciding with a process of internationality, resulting in the opening of affiliate companies in Argentine and Peru. Company Results at 31.12.2008 30/03/2009 Continental obtained a profit of 916 million pesos at the 31st. December 2008. The Company maintains it leadership, having reached a 50% credit insurance market share, as a result of a 19% sales increase. It is also a leader both in domestic credit and export credit insurances, with market shares of 54% and 44% respectively, and likewise regarding guarantee bond insurances, having increased its respective market share to 30%. Continental in Argentina 10/07/2008 On July 10th 2008, the Argentinean Insurance Superintendence admitted the legal constitution and operation, within all Argentine Republic, of Compañía de Seguros de Crédito Continental S.A., a subsidiary company of Continental Chile. Continental, the largest credit insurance company in Latin America 07/05/2008 The sustained growth of credit insurance in Latin America over the last 5 years, on an annual average of 24%, has allowed premium levels to reach the amount of US$ 164 million during 2007. Based on figures at the 31.12.2007, Brazil, with a premium level of US$ 54 million, and Chile, with US$ 39 million, are both outstanding in Latin America, Chile being the 2nd.in place, considering the region’s total volume of premium. The 1st place of credit insurance companies in Latin America is held by Continental, followed by Atradius Mexico, this being the result of strong growth that Continental had during 2007, which reached a real percentage of 18.84% over the previous year. The growth of the Chilean credit insurance market reached a real 12% with respect to the previous year, showing an average growth of 14% over the last 5 years. Continental maintains its credit insurance leadership, with a market share of 52%, amongst the companies specializing in this type of business, both in domestic credit and export credit lines, with respective levels of 55% and 47%. Results at 31.12.2007 24/03/2008 Due to a 17% increase of sales, Continental augmented it leadership position, as it increased its market participation with respect to credit insurance by three points with respect to 2006, reaching 52%. Furthermore, Continental is the market leader regarding domestic credit insurance and also regarding exportation credit insurance, with a 55% and a 47% market share, respectively. It maintained its 27% with respect to guarantee bond insurance. The company results provided a profit of 4.1 millions dollars. A tool developed for minimising the non payment risk of its clients providing an experience of more than 17 years regarding evaluation and credit analysis.
